Jesse is a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation team at Carey Olsen Bermuda. His practice includes a broad range of commercial disputes, along with trust and regulatory matters.

Career

Jesse obtained a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Management Studies (Economics) from the University of Waikato. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand (2017) and as a solicitor in New South Wales (2019).

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Jesse worked at leading firms in Auckland, Sydney and Hong Kong where his experience included complex commercial disputes, shareholder and minority rights claims, insolvency and winding-up proceedings, competition matters (contentious and non-contentious), financial regulation, white-collar crime and prosecutions, regulatory investigations, public inquiries and commissions, as well as disputes arising from construction and energy projects (including domestic and international arbitrations).
