Joy Manning

Joy is an Assistant Corporate Manager at Carey Olsen Services Bermuda Limited, Carey Olsen's corporate services provider business. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary and is an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute.

With over 17 years of corporate secretarial experience in Bermuda, Joy has worked closely with boards of directors and senior management across a wide range of industries. She has particular expertise in the (re)insurance sector, where she provided corporate services support to regulated companies. 

Joy began her career in corporate services at Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited where she spent 14 years. She later held in-house roles, first as Corporate Secretary for Validus Reinsurance, Ltd., and subsequently as Assistant Secretary at RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. Joy joined Carey Olsen in November 2024.

Joy holds a BSc in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University, Florida, which she earned in 2006. She qualified as a Chartered Secretary in May 2023.
