Kardia Leung

Kardia is an associate in the corporate team, based in Carey Olsen’s Cayman Islands office. She advises on a wide range of corporate and corporate finance matters, with particular expertise in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, continuations, venture capital and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Kardia trained and qualified as a solicitor in the London office of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP where she gained experience advising on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, debt financing, debt capital markets, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work.

Kardia obtained a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Manchester. She was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in September 2021 and as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in November 2025.
