Laquita Outerbridge

Laquita is a corporate manager for Carey Olsen Services Bermuda Limited, Carey Olsen's corporate services provider business. She has over 20 years' experience within the corporate governance and compliance industry and her knowledge spans to a broad range of sectors, such as insurance, reinsurance, investment management, and fund administration across Bermuda, London, and other international jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Laquita was the vice president & deputy head of corporate services at Artex Corporate Services Bermuda Ltd, where she led and managed the corporate services team, directed client relationships, and oversaw governance, AML/ATF compliance, incorporations, and BSX listings.

Previously, Laquita held senior roles at AIG/AlphaCat Managers Ltd, Validus Reinsurance Ltd, and Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Ltd in various roles of paralegal, compliance manager and corporate secretarial, specializing in corporate secretarial provision, regulatory compliance frameworks, SEC, CFTC/NFA reporting and filings, LEI registrations and renewals and board support.

Laquita's career began in the fund services sector at BNY Alternative Investment Services Ltd, Meridian Fund Services Ltd and Apex Group, building expertise in board management, statutory filings, and regulatory liaison.
