Marshall Taylor

Marshall is an associate in the corporate team based in Jersey. He advises on a range of corporate transactions, with particular experience in M&A transactions.

Marshall joined Carey Olsen in September 2025 after qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales. Prior to joining the firm, he completed a training contract with A&O Shearman in London, where he advised on transactions including multi-jurisdictional carve-out sales, and worked across sectors such as life sciences, energy, renewables, and infrastructure. He also has experience advising corporate trustees and spent six months on secondment to Haleon’s corporate team, where he advised on M&A transactions and commercial contracts in the consumer healthcare sector.
