Nick specialises in banking and finance and advises on a broad range of transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset finance, structured finance and the issuance of high yield bonds.
He acts for global financial institutions, corporate borrowers and leading law firms in the City of London and elsewhere.
Nick's recent transactions include:
- advising JPMorgan in relation to (approximately) £250m limited recourse structured collateralised financing arrangements with a Jersey counterparty
Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2017, Nick worked with Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester and also spent 5 years working with RBS, most recently in its corporate and institutional banking division.
He qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2014 and was educated at William Hulme's Grammar School, the University of Oxford (St. Catherine's College), the University of Manchester and BPP Law School (Manchester).Recent Briefings
