Nina is a senior associate within the trusts and private wealth group and her clients include high net worth families and individuals, professional trustees, protectors and beneficiaries.
Nina is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a contributor to the fifth edition of Trusts in Prime Jurisdictions and a co-author of the Private Client in Guernsey chapter of Lexology: Getting the Deal Through, 2023 .
Career
Nina is qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey and as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Nina worked in London and Sussex before moving to Guernsey. She relocated to the firm's London office in 2017.
Relevant experience
Nina advises on all aspects of fiduciary law including the establishment and administration of complex offshore trust structures, contentious and non-contentious trust and probate matters, the transfer of long-term insurance business and related Court applications.
Nina's practice also includes advising local and international clients on wealth planning and estate administration.
