Patricia advises a variety of private clients and fiduciaries on all fiduciary law aspects, in particular the creation and administration of offshore trusts and corporate structures.

Patricia’s advice is frequently sought by fiduciaries in relation to their regulatory obligations, terms of business and take-on documentation. She is also regularly instructed by individuals, global institutions and law firms to assist regarding Guernsey inheritance laws, the creation of wills and the administration of estates.

Career

Patricia qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2000 (currently non-practising) and as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2003. Patricia joined the firm in 2001, having previously worked for an English law firm based in London and Guernsey where she specialised in international wealth management. Patricia was made Partner in 2023.
