Rachel de la Haye
Rachel is an associate in the corporate and finance team, advising on a wide range of corporate matters with particular emphasis on investment funds and financing.
Since joining Carey Olsen, Rachel has been involved in a variety of corporate work. Rachel has a particularly keen interest in the establishment, regulation and operation of investment funds as well as on general corporate and regulatory issues and banking and financing transactions.
Rachel obtained a first-class LLB law degree from Keele University in 2013, following which she joined Carey Olsen as a paralegal and commenced the Bar Professional Training Course on a part-time basis. Rachel qualified as a Barrister of England and Wales in 2015.
Rachel is a member of Gray's Inn. Rachel was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in November 2019.Recent Briefings
