Rachel is a senior associate in the corporate and finance team, advising on a wide range of corporate matters with particular emphasis on investment funds and financing. Rachel has a particularly keen interest in the establishment, regulation and operation of investment funds as well as on general corporate and regulatory issues and banking and financing transactions.
Career
Rachel joined Carey Olsen in 2013 and completed the Bar Professional Training Course on a part-time basis, qualifying as a Barrister of England and Wales in 2015.
Rachel was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in November 2019.
