Rachel is a senior associate in the property team specialising in planning law. She has extensive experience of advising public and private sector clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning matters in many high profile and complex cases. Her work encompasses assisting clients with submitting and objecting to planning applications, planning appeals and judicial review proceedings, development plan inquiries, enforcement matters and planning agreements.
Rachel also has wider experience of both UK and Guernsey property law.
Rachel was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2005. She worked for a leading niche planning law practice in the UK before moving to Guernsey in 2010. Before joining Carey Olsen in 2015, Rachel worked at another law firm in Guernsey.Recent Briefings
