Rodwell Ndengeya

Rodwell is an associate in the corporate team and advises on a range of cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general company law matters. Rodwell's practice also includes advising on regulatory matters for financial services clients.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Rodwell trained at a global elite firm in London, qualifying into its corporate practice. During this time, his practice comprised transactional and regulatory advice for some of the world's largest financial institutions and private equity firms. He also completed a secondment to one of the firm’s key financial institution clients.

Rodwell later practised as an associate in the Abu Dhabi office of an American‑headquartered global elite firm, where he advised on cross‑border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and cryptocurrency‑related regulatory matters. He also completed a secondment to one of the major UAE government-owned investment funds.
