Ruth is a senior associate in the trusts and private wealth team. Ruth's practice covers all corporate and regulatory issues as well as aviation law. Ruth also provides investor side advice, including the negotiation of tailored investment terms and confidentiality agreements. Ruth has extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers in relation to finance arrangements particularly in respect of capital call and bridge facilities and aircraft and fixed asset financing Ruth also advises on all matters of Guernsey aviation law and regulation including in relation to the registration and taking of security over aircraft assets registered on the 2-Reg.

Career

Ruth was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 and prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2010 practised with Dechert LLP in London where she specialised in the provision of advice relating to alternative investment funds.
