Shelly is a senior associate in Guernsey’s property team, advising on a broad range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, agreements, boundary rectifications and lease assignments across Guernsey, Alderney and Sark.
Her practice includes drafting of development schedules and advising on the subdivision of property. Shelly also has experience in commercial property matters with residential elements, bringing a well-rounded and practical approach to complex transactions.
Career
Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2009, Shelly spent six years working as an estate agent, bringing valuable commercial insight to her property practice.
She holds a commendation-level Graduate Diploma in Law from Bournemouth University, completed through the Guernsey Training Agency, and has successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations.
