Steve McCracken

Steve is the Company Formation Manager in the corporate team and assists with the incorporation of Limited Companies, Limited Partnerships, LLPs and Foundations. He has experience with migrations in and out of Guernsey and also assists with company searches, will registrations and other corporate matters.

Steve began working for Carey Olsen in 2001, working alongside Paul Kiddy in the corporate department and undertaking the incorporation of companies and Limited Partnerships. He switched to our compliance department in 2011 where he held the role of deputy MLRO before returning to the Corporate team to replace the retiring Paul Kiddy in July 2019
