Sue Vaudin

Sue is Guernsey born and educated, and has over 14 years' experience as a conveyancer, having also been a civil servant in both Guernsey and the UK.

She has experience in all residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases sometimes involving complicated and extensive title research; boundary advice and agreements, and property developments including drafting new schedules. She also has experience in Sark conveyancing.

Sue started her career in the States of Guernsey prior to becoming a conveyancer in 1994.  Following a 14 year move to the UK working as a Higher Education Policy Advisor, and studying for a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree with the Open University, she returned to Guernsey in 2009 where she resumed the role of Conveyancer.  She worked at two other local law firms before joining Carey Olsen in August 2022.
