"Tim Bamford has been outstanding in what has been a regulatory dispute that has run for over 8 years, of which they have legally represented me for the last 4 years. The volume of documentation they have had to absorb and disseminate has been incredible yet I have felt absolutely reassured throughout that they have immediately identified, understood and defended all material matters."

Legal 500

‘We always have clear and timely communication with Tim Bamford, and he takes the time during our initial meetings to understand the insurance product as well as the circumstances that have led to us requiring legal assistance. Whether it is just a legal opinion on a coverage determination or a detailed legal response as a result of legal action being threatened, both are handled with the same high level of professionalism one would expect from Careys.’
