We advise on all types of structured finance and securitisation transactions including asset-backed commercial paper conduits, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, CDOs, covered bonds, debt financing, high yield bond offerings, master trusts, mezzanine financing, secured loans, sovereign bonds, synthetic securitisations and whole business securitisations. Our securitisation lawyers work with clients to securitise assets across a range of classes including mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, auto leases, marketplace loans, trade and credit card receivables.
