Carey Olsen partner Simon Hall will be attending the IBA 'when litigation meets crime conference' which is taking place at the Fairmont Copacabana Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on 28 to 30 January 2026.
This two day conference will cover topics such as the role of lawyers in ESG and sustainability, legal privilege at the intersection between civil and criminal disputes, and obligations of civil judges discovering a criminal offence in civil proceedings.
