The event programme will cover developments in the Indian Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and recent developments in the restructuring space in key jurisdictions.
After focusing on group insolvency issues and how to resolve them, the panellists will look into how technology can be used as an aid to solve operational issues in restructurings.
The final session will focus on the issues surrounding capital sources for debt restructuring, including the potential of alternative capital sources to supplement the pool available for debt restructuring.
