The Fund Finance Association has announced the launch of its European FFA University programme which will be held virtually on Thursday, February 4th, 2021.
The intensive full day training programme is designed for sponsors, bankers and lawyers transacting in the European market that are either relatively new to fund finance or those that want an in-depth training course. Sessions will be taught by many of the industry's leading senior practitioners. The course will cover everything from understanding fund formation and structures to transaction credit documentation and Investor issues.
Jersey partner Kate Andrews will be speaking at an afternoon session titled 'Facility Agreement II including security structures'.
