Carey Olsen advises Fulham Company Limited on acquisition by Graycliff Partners LP
Carey Olsen Hong Kong LLP represented Fulham Company Limited (Fulham), alongside Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, as Fulham's Cayman Islands counsel on its acquisition by private equity investment firm Graycliff Partners LP (Graycliff).
The acquisition was effected by way of a Cayman Islands merger between Fulham and a merger subsidiary of Graycliff with Fulham surviving the merger.
Graycliff is a private equity group managing over US$1 billion in investments with a focus on lower middle-market US companies.
Fulham is a global supplier of cost-efficient power and lighting solutions across multiple technology types and systems.
The Carey Olsen corporate team acting on the acquisition was led by partner Michael Padarin and counsel Tiffy Wan.
