Carey Olsen advises Tian Tu Capital Co., Ltd. 深圳市天圖投資管理股份有限公司 on HK$1.13 billion listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange
Carey Olsen's corporate team in Hong Kong has advised Tian Tu Capital Co., Ltd. 深圳市天圖投資管理股份有限公司 ("Tiantu") on its H-share HK$1.13 billion listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 1973) as of 6 October 2023, with Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited and BOCI Asia Limited as joint sponsors.
Tiantu is a leading private equity investor and fund manager committed to driving the growth of Chinese consumer brands and companies. It has a successful track record in managing capital for institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. As of 31 March 2023, Tiantu had cumulatively invested in a total of 222 portfolio companies, including 180 companies in the consumer sectors covering food and beverages, clothing, healthcare, and 42 companies in other industries such as biotech and technology industries. In particular, its investments include early and late-stage investments in a large number of successful consumer brands and companies, such as Zhou Hei Ya (周黑鴨), China Feihe (中國飛鶴), Nayuki (奈雪的茶), Xiaohongshu (小紅書), CYYS (茶顏悅色), ATRenew (萬物新生) and Pagoda (百果園).
