Matthew advises clients including leading international law firms and global institutions on a range of structured finance, securitisation and high yield transactions. Matthew has extensive experience with listing specialist debt securities on The International Stock Exchange ("TISE"). He regularly advises on transactions involving Eurobonds and other TISE listed securities, including high yield and variable funding notes.
Career
Matthew joined Carey Olsen in 2004 and is a director of Carey Olsen Corporate Finance Limited, the leading listing agent on TISE. He qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007 and became an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2009.
