Show me the money: an international contentious trust and fraud conference

Partner, Alexa Saunders, will be speaking at the inaugural contentious trust and fraud conference hosted by Boodle Hatfield, Charles Russell Speechlys, Clifford Chance, Forsters, Stephenson Harwood and Taylor Wessing.

The conference aims to bring together solicitors, barristers, off-shore lawyers and trust practitioners acting in the increasingly overlapping areas of trust and fraud. The sessions will focus on the the use of trusts as devices to hide wealth, trustees becoming embroiled in fraud proceedings and the fraudulent trustee.

Partners, Andreas Kistler, Elaine Gray and Nicolas Journeaux, together with senior associate, Louise Woolrich will also be attending the conference taking place in Barcelona on 15 May 2017.
