Carey Olsen lawyers named among eprivateclient's Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders

Carey Olsen senior associates Tabitha Ward and Kirsty McGeough have been named in eprivateclient's 2025 NextGen Leaders List for the UK and UK Crown Dependencies.

The NextGen Leaders list recognises outstanding legal and finance professionals based in the Crown Dependencies with up to 15 years of industry experience in the private client advisory sector.

Professionals featured on the list were chosen based on their individual qualities and achievements, positive feedback received from superiors, their progression to senior positions, and company performance.

Tabitha is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and litigation practice in Jersey. She has experience in commercial and financial services litigation, high net worth disputes, arbitration and mediation, and regularly acts for major financial institutions on high value and reputationally significant litigation matters.

Kirsty is a senior associate in the trusts and private wealth team in Guernsey and an Advocate of the Royal Court. She advises on all aspects of fiduciary and trusts law and private wealth matters, both contentious and non-contentious. She also featured in the 2024 edition of the Private Client Global Elite Directory, which includes the world's top private client and trusts and estates litigation talent.

Russell Clark, partner and head of Carey Olsen's trusts and private wealth practice in Guernsey, commented: "Tabitha and Kirsty's inclusion in eprivateclient's NextGen Leaders List is a fantastic achievement, reflective of the excellent impression they have had on clients and the talent of our junior lawyers across our teams in the Channel Islands. Congratulations both."

This recognition follows on from counsel Elliot Aron, senior associate Eleanor Davies and associate Victoria Cure being named in eprivateclient's NextGen Leaders List for the UK and UK Crown Dependences in 2024, in addition to 11 of the firm's trusts and private wealth lawyers being named in the 2025 edition of the Private Client Global Elite Directory.
