Carey Olsen represents Grant Thornton Channel Islands in connection with sale

Carey Olsen's corporate teams in Jersey and Guernsey are representing Grant Thornton Limited, Channel Islands ("Grant Thornton Channel Islands") in connection with its announced sale to Grant Thornton Advisors LLC as part of the expansion of its multinational platform, which was established in January 2025.

The announced sale, which is subject to regulatory approval and the satisfaction of transaction conditions, will see Grant Thornton Channel Islands join a complement of other Grant Thornton firms on the multinational platform, including Grant Thornton firms across Switzerland/Liechtenstein, the United Arab Emirates, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands and the Netherlands.

The expanded platform will continue to be part of the Grant Thornton International Limited network, which comprises member firms in more than 150 markets worldwide.
