Carey Olsen speaking at Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery Miami 2026
Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery Miami is taking place on 29 - 30 October at the Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach, Florida.
The conference will explore the latest developments in fraud, asset tracing and recovery, with a particular focus on complex cross-border disputes and international enforcement strategies. It covers key topics including artificial intelligence in investigations, whistleblower programmes, freezing injunctions, hidden asset recovery, and disputes involving high-net-worth individuals.
Carey Olsen Cayman Islands counsel Jasmin Davies is speaking at the event on "a practitioners guide to provisional measures and prejudgment remedies: tools for early discovery and freezing of assets", which looks at the steps that practitioners can take at the outset of a fraud case to identify, preserve and freeze assets before they can be moved or hidden.
Cayman counsel Jason Mbakwe and associate Andrew Chih are also attending.
