Dean Robson
Senior Associate
Dean is a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation team. His dispute resolution practice includes a range of commercial litigation matters with a focus on contentious trusts and insolvency. His regulatory practice includes AML, proceeds of crime, and insurance matters. In addition, he is often involved on insurance transfer schemes and schemes of arrangement.
Dean was named as one of eprivateclient's Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 private client practitioners in 2020 and 2021 and has recently co-authored the Chambers Global litigation practice guide for Jersey.
He is a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA) and the Jersey Compliance Officers' Association.
Career
Dean joined Carey Olsen in 2018 having trained and worked at several English law firms. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2014 and was subsequently called to the Bar in England and Wales (non-practising). Dean obtained an MA from the University of Oxford in Jurisprudence and a Diploma in Legal Practice (Distinction) from the College of Law.
