Siew Rong Liu

Siew Rong is an associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution team in Singapore. Her primary areas of practice include commercial litigation with a focus on shareholder disputes and company law related matters.

Siew Rong is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and conversant in basic Japanese.

Before joining Carey Olsen, Siew Rong advised on and conducted litigation across all levels of the Singapore courts. She has acted in complex domestic and cross-border disputes involving fraud, fiduciary duties, shareholder and minority oppression claims, trust and estate disputes, and criminal and investigations matters. She has acted for clients in mediations, interlocutory applications and trials.

Siew Rong graduated from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020. She was also admitted in England & Wales in 2025.
