Yetunde Amodu

Associate

Yetunde is an associate in Carey Olsen's Jersey corporate team. She assists with a range of corporate, banking and finance matters.

Career

Yetunde was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. She previously worked in a top Nigerian law firm and global risk consulting firm, and has a demonstrated history advising international clients on corporate financing, insolvency, and on viable structures for the financing of projects. 

Yetunde holds a Master of Laws in Corporations from the NYU School of Law, New York, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Cardiff University, Wales.
