Carey Olsen British Virgin Islands counsel Katrina Lindsay is moderating a panel session on Friday 27 March 2026. The event takes place at the BVI International Arbitration Centre on 23 - 27 March 2026.
The panel session moderated by counsel Katrina Lindsay is titled 'SAFTs, Smart Contracts, and Arbitration: Navigating Emerging Challenges for the BVI IAC'.
Senior associates Sara Malik and Catherine O'Connell will also be attending the event.
The theme for this year is 'Caribbean Solutions, Global Impact' and the event gathers practitioners, decision-makers, and thought leaders to explore the Caribbean's growing influence as both a seat and source of international arbitration.
