Based in Singapore, James Noble heads the firm's litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Asia and the largest offshore litigation team in Singapore. James specialises in complex, high-profile multi-jurisdictional litigation and is the only Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands ("BVI") admitted (and Bermuda registered) litigator in Singapore, regularly acting in market-leading cases. He is recognised as a Leading Partner by Legal 500 Asia Pacific and is ranked in both Chambers Global and Chambers Asia Pacific, where he has been described as "the leading offshore practitioner in Singapore." James has been included in ALB's Asia Top Offshore Litigators list for six consecutive years and is the only Singapore-based practitioner to feature this year.

Tim Haynes leads Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and litigation practice in Hong Kong. For more than twenty-eight years he has represented Asia Pacific-based clients in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, from corporate shareholders and liquidators to high-net-worth individuals. He also has the longest professional connection with Asia of the offshore litigators based in the region, having previously worked as a Hong Kong solicitor and barrister. Tim is recognised in Chambers Global, Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500 Asia Pacific, where a client has described him as "super experienced and clever. I refer my most complex litigation matters to Tim." This is the second year running that Tim has featured in the list. 

Matthew Watson is a partner in the firm's Hong Kong dispute resolution and litigation practice, acting for high-net-worth clients and major corporations in insolvency and restructuring matters, fair value appraisal actions, as well as complex commercial, corporate and trust and estate disputes. Highly regarded for his expertise in Bermuda law, Matthew holds full rights of audience before the Bermuda Courts and has been praised in Chambers Asia-Pacific as "leading the charge on the client side."
