Carey Olsen advises CGE Partners and Enhesa on strategic growth investment by Bregal Sagemount
Carey Olsen's Jersey corporate team has advised Enhesa on a strategic investment in the firm by Bregal Sagemount. Bregal Sagemount has acquired the minority stake previously held by ICG and is investing alongside CGE who maintain their majority shareholding.
Enhesa is a leading provider of regulatory and sustainability intelligence worldwide.
