Carey Olsen advises Quotient Limited on new money investment
Carey Olsen's corporate finance team in Jersey has advised Quotient Limited, the commercial-stage diagnostics company listed on Nasdaq, on the issuance of its new 4.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 in a private offering to institutional investors, including funds managed by Highbridge Capital Management, LLC.
Quotient intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the continued development of the multimodal, multiplexing MosaiQ platform, to prepare for its commercial launch and for other general corporate purposes.
Working alongside onshore counsel Clifford Chance, the Carey Olsen team advising Quotient was led by partner Kate Andrews and included senior associates Rebecca McQuillan and Ashley Morrison.
