Andrew Tually sworn in as a Guernsey advocate
Carey Olsen counsel Andrew Tually has been admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey. Andrew was sworn in on 4 September, having successfully completed the Guernsey Bar exams and the Certificat d’Etudes Juridiques Françaises et Normande at the University of Caen.
As a Guernsey advocate, Andrew now has the right of audience in the Royal Court and the Guernsey court of Court of Appeal.
After qualifying as a solicitor in South Australia, Andrew Tually joined Carey Olsen in 2007 and was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2009. Andrew has significant experience in the structuring, formation and regulation of Guernsey open and closed-ended collective investment schemes investing in private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds.
