Carey Olsen advises Enter on landmark US$100 million Series B

Carey Olsen has advised Brazil-based AI legal platform Enter on its US$100 million Series B – increasing the company's valuation to US$1.2 billion and making it Latin America's first AI unicorn and Brazil's first unicorn since 2024.

The round was led by Founders Fund, with participation from new investors Ribbit Capital and Kaszek alongside existing investors Sequoia Capital, ONEVC and Atlantico. Collectively these investors have backed some of the world's leading technology companies, including SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic, Facebook, Apple and Google.

The Carey Olsen Cayman Islands corporate team advising Enter comprised partner Trevor McCabe and senior associate Evan Stitt. In 2025 the team advised Enter on its US$35 million Series A, which valued the company at US$350 million and was co-led by Founders Fund and Sequoia Capital.

Founded in 2023, Enter uses AI to help businesses manage high volumes of litigation and legal claims. The platform deploys AI agents to analyse lawsuits, organise evidence, detect fraud, recommend settlements, draft defences and interpret rulings. Enter already works with 40 major companies in Brazil such as ItaúLATAM Airlines, Santander, Mercado Livre, Nubank and Airbnb, and expects to double that number by the end of the year.

Trevor McCabe said: "The demand for AI legal platforms in Brazil is huge and increasing globally. With the Series A we saw Enter tap into that demand, securing backing from leading international investors and significantly growing its client base. We're delighted to have continued supporting the team on its Series B fundraise, which reinforces the company's position as a true leader in its field with strong potential for international expansion beyond Brazil."
