Carey Olsen appoints Stuart Stevens as legal manager in Hong Kong
Carey Olsen is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Stevens as legal manager in the firm's Hong Kong corporate and investment funds practice.
Stuart has experience across a wide range of corporate matters, including working with global and domestic asset managers on fund establishment, structuring, governance and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Before joining Carey Olsen, Stuart was an associate in the funds practice of a national law firm in Australia and acted as in-house legal counsel to a leading global investment management firm. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) from the University of Liverpool and can speak conversational Mandarin.
