Carey Olsen Jersey pair named in Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35

Oliver Lindop and Dean Robson from Carey Olsen's Jersey office have been recognised in the 2021 eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35.

The annual list, which comprises 35 men and 35 women under the age of 35 working in the private wealth sectors of Guernsey and Jersey, looks to identify, recognise, introduce and promote the rising stars within the private client advisory professions such as lawyers, accountants, trustees and other professional intermediaries.

Oliver has now featured in the Channel Islands list in each of the four years the initiative has been running. He was also named to the UK Top 35 Under 35 list last year. A senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation group, Oliver advises Jersey businesses on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters and international sanctions. Oliver has significant experience of high value trust litigation and asset recovery disputes.

Dean is also a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation group. His practice covers a range of civil litigation in Jersey with a focus on trusts, including both disputes and non-contentious applications by trustees. In addition, he regularly acts on insurance transfers and schemes of arrangement and also advises on insolvency and regulatory matters.

Andreas Kistler, a partner in Carey Olsen's trusts and private wealth and litigation teams in Jersey, said: "Congratulations to Oliver and Dean on their continued recognition by eprivateclient. We are very proud to have highly valued members of our teams named on such a prestigious list for up-and-coming young professionals. Both are incredibly hard working and have built excellent relationships with their clients so are very deserving of this accolade."

The recognition follows on from Carey Olsen's recent success at the eprivateclient Excellence Awards where Carey Olsen was named best Private Client Offshore Law Firm.
