Specialising in the formation, operation and restructuring of offshore investment funds, Michael is managing partner of Carey Olsen's Hong Kong office and head of the firm's corporate practice in Hong Kong. His practice focuses on Cayman Islands ("Cayman"), British Virgin Islands ("BVI") and Bermuda law and in addition to his funds related work, he is regularly instructed by leading international firms on complex corporate transactions.
