Carey Olsen advises iFOREX on London Stock Exchange listing
Carey Olsen has advised iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd, a leading global fintech firm, on its initial public offering on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Shares in iFOREX began trading on 25 February under the symbol 'IFRX'.
iFOREX operates a proprietary online and mobile trading platform that enables retail clients to trade CFDs across more than 870 financial instruments, including currencies, commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and ETFs.
