Partner Helen Wang will be speaking at the live webinar, "Crypto Disputes: What to Expect in 2023", hosted by Shearman and Sterling on Tuesday 11 April.
Helen will Join Shearman and Sterling partner, Sara Coelho and counsel Edward Taylor, and NERA partner Sara Coelho, managing director, Dr. Faten Sabry and associate director, Dr. Ignacio Franceschelli for the virtual session.
The panel of experts will explore recent major shifts in the crypto dispute landscape across the United States, Asia and offshore jurisdictions, including the notable increase in arbitrations, litigations, bankruptcy proceedings and regulatory enforcement actions relating to crypto assets and businesses.
