Carey Olsen Bermuda expands dispute resolution and litigation team with appointment of family law specialist Nicole Cavanagh
Carey Olsen is pleased to announce that Nicole Cavanagh TEP has joined the firm's dispute resolution and litigation practice in Bermuda as counsel.
Nicole's practice covers the full spectrum of matrimonial law, including divorce, separation, and ancillary relief. She has a particular focus on the intersection of trusts and divorce, advising high-net-worth clients and business families on asset protection and global wealth distribution.
With two decades of experience in family and matrimonial law, Nicole is widely recognised for her expertise in resolving high-stakes financial disputes and complex child-related matters with a focus on cost-effective, pragmatic outcomes.
Before joining Carey Olsen, Nicole was a senior associate at another Bermuda law firm, where she re-established the firm’s matrimonial and family law practice. She spent 10 years prior working at top-tier firms in Hong Kong, advising on high-end private client litigation and fiduciary management. Nicole is qualified in England and Wales, Hong Kong, and Bermuda.
