Carey Olsen advises Nordic Capital on strategic passive minority investment by Ottawa Avenue Private Capital

Lawyers from Carey Olsen's investment funds and corporate teams in Jersey have advised leading European private equity investor Nordic Capital on Ottawa Avenue Private Capital's acquisition of a passive minority equity interest in the firm.

The investment will strengthen Nordic Capital’s balance sheet and facilitate further investment in its business. It will also allow for development of the Nordic Capital organisation and platform.

The Carey Olsen team advising Nordic Capital was led by Jersey funds partner Daniel O'Connor and corporate partner Guy Coltman, assisted by counsel Andrea Steel, senior associate David Taylor and associates Natasha Lyons, Arindam Madhuryya, Mark Slater and Luke Steele.
