James Noble leads the firm's litigation, insolvency and restructuring in Asia and has been recognised in the Asia Top Offshore Litigators list for five consecutive years. James is a specialist in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and is the only Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands ("BVI") admitted (and Bermuda registered) litigator in Singapore, regularly acting in market-leading cases. Helen Wang is a partner in the litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in the firm's Singapore office, specialising in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and insolvency matters. Tim Haynes is head of Carey Olsen's disputes practice in Hong Kong and has over twenty-seven years' experience representing a wide range of Asia Pacific-based clients in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring mandates. He has the longest professional connection with Asia of the offshore litigators based in the region, having previously been a Hong Kong solicitor and barrister.
