Carey Olsen has advised Highvern & Permian, a leading provider of fund, private capital and corporate administration services, on its acquisition of Oak Fund Services. Highvern & Permian is backed by Jacobs Capital.
Oak Fund Services is a leading Guernsey-based fund administrator with extensive experience supporting alternative investment structures, including private equity, real assets and infrastructure. The acquisition, which is subject to receipt of customary regulatory approvals, is part of Highvern & Permian's strategy to expand in key markets and further consolidate its position as a leading international provider of fund, private capital and corporate administration services.
The Carey Olsen team advising Highvern & Permian as lead counsel on the transaction was led by corporate partners David Taylor and Tom Carey, principally assisted by senior associates Melissa Wilkins and Steve Le Cornu.
